2. Written by Dixie, on 08-08-2009 09:05 Yes, the website does technically say it... but it is so vague and unclear during the ordering process. I am a very savvy consumer and totally missed it! I found out I was signed up for a Pill Club when I got my first shipment (and the corresponding credit card charge!) Also hard to cancel. I had to get pretty aggressive. I'm sending the whole thing back - including the DVDs (which are just OK - nothing special). Very disappointed! |

4. Written by Gumby, on 20-08-2008 20:31 Gidget is obviously a company employee. Where on the site does it allow you to "opt out" of the pills? It seems you can only do so by physically calling customer service to cancel them after you've already received them. Perhaps I'm wrong, so feel free to clarify. I'm not a "careless" person, but I also don't feel that I should have to dig through layers of legalese when all I want is to buy a simple dvd. You're already paying 3 times the shipping cost that it should really cost, which is really where they make their excess profit.
5. Written by Carla, on 20-08-2008 11:07 I wish I saw you site first because now I am in the same problem of trying to get my money back for pills I never ordered and never asked for. It is sad that a former Olympian has a company that is so terrible. It has been almost a month since they received the pills back and yet I have not got my money back.
6. Written by Someone else, on 20-07-2008 23:41 Actually a opted not to have the pills sent to me for that very reason of them not sending them... and they sent them anyway...so they will be getting a phone call if they charge my credit card!! I am excited about the work out though!!!
7. Written by Gidget, on 20-07-2008 10:28 Just pay attention to what you are ordering!! I ordered the product and opted NOT to have any pills sent to me. I have seen fabulous results! Its all about personal responsibility. DON'T blame someone else for your careless ness!
